Rhys was back at swimming again yesterday. It was his first day back after the surgery. His old teacher, who was a pro, has a new job now. His new teacher is still getting the hang of things. She spent about half of the thirty minute class adjusting kid gear.
Rhys' name is pronounced "reese". The most common mis-pronunciation is "rice". Yesterday I heard a new one. "Rie-ess". When asked if that was how his name was pronounced he just nodded and went on playing in the water.
He loves swimming and doesn't care how you say his name.
